Q: Will the shipping company help me remove the roll(s) from the truck?
A: Due to the oversize nature of the goods, Buyer is responsible for unloading the rolls from the shipping carrier truck. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page then the Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Discount Synthetic Turf does not mark up shipping for a profit. We offer a standard flat rate shipping cost of $75 for all orders. Please contact sales@discountsyntheticturf.com if you have any questions.

Q: Is synthetic turf pet friendly?
A: All our turf is pet friendly!!! Our turf is meant to repel any bacterial or microbes. Simply pick up solids and hose down the synthetic lawn as needed. If you detect a odor, simply use a mild detergent or vinegar solution with a fertilizer attachment to the water hose. A push broom or handled brush can help with any problem areas.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. 

Q: Does synthetic turf contain harmful amounts of lead?
A: All materials used to make turf is made in the USA and is well under the allowable EPA limits on lead.

Q: Do I need infill for our synthetic turf installations?
A: Discount Synthetic Turf recommends that proper infill be used with all turf products as it will enhance performance, especially in high traffic areas. You may find rubber infill at your local tire recycling center and sand infill at Home Depot.

Q: Does synthetic grass cause any allergies?
A: Discount Synthetic Turf's products are hypoallergenic.

Q: Can Discount Synthetic Turf cut a roll to a smaller size?
A: Yes, Discount Synthetic Turf will cut a roll to a desired length but the width will still remain 15’ wide. A $40 fee will be added to the order. For these requests please call (706) 225-8400. to process the order.
